These are the exact actions I made to use in my own workflow.

How to properly install Photoshop Actions:
Did you know that if you do not properly install your
Photoshop Actions that they will not stay installed when
Photoshop closes and that you will have
to go back and install them time and time again? Follow the
steps below to properly install your Photoshop Actions.

Save your action in an easy to find location.

Open Photoshop and make sure your actions palette is visible.

In the top right corner of the actions palette, click on the small box containing 4 horizontal lines.

From the drop down menu select "load Actions".

Go back to where you saved the actions and select the file that ends in ".atn".

Click "Open" and your actions will be loaded into the actions palette until you choose to delete them.
