The purchaser has 30 days to download all links and files after purchase before links expire. It is expected that the purchaser will back up his/her purchases. Amanda Colgan Photography is not responsible for lost files for any reason but may be willing to re-issue the product once a valid purchase receipt had been provided. Amanda Colgan Photography is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss/damage arising from the use of our products in whatever form.

​The purchaser shall not compete as a photography mentor or mentorship instructor for at least 5 years from the time of the Amanda Colgan Photography purchase. Furthermore, the purchaser shall not produce Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, or any other program actions or presets learned or described in the recordings and use them either for sale or as free giveaways for 5 years after the purchase. Amanda Colgan Photography educational products are not available to those who do ANY kind of mentoring. Amanda Colgan Photography educational products are not available for purchase by previous photography clients of Amanda Colgan Photography. We have the right to refuse selling Amanda Colgan Photography educational products to anyone and for any reason, we shall see fit. A refund is provided in this case.
